Before easter, Enhanced Drilling welcomed colleagues from Canadian Natural Resources (CNR) and Valaris to our facility in Straume for a full day of collaboration, dialogue, and handson engagement.
The visit marked an important milestone in preparing for mobilization, providing an opportunity for face‑to‑face dialogue, detailed equipment inspection, and alignment across teams. A key focus throughout the day was the EC‑Drill® pressure management system that will be deployed offshore as part of the campaign.

Throughout the day, the visitors were guided through the EC-Drill® equipment that will soon be shipped offshore. The focus was on understanding the system, confirming readiness, and ensuring everything is in place for the next phase of the project. The open and collaborative setting allowed for questions, discussions, and a shared walkthrough of how the equipment will support operations offshore.
Beyond the physical inspection, the visit created valuable space for technical and operational discussions. Topics included offshore execution, training requirements, and close collaboration between CNR, Valaris, and Enhanced Drilling to ensure the EC‑Drill® system is utilized effectively throughout the campaign.
The day concluded with a strong sense of alignment and shared commitment to the work ahead. Enhanced Drilling appreciates the engagement and collaboration from both CNR and Valaris and looks forward to supporting the Ivory Coast operations with proven EC‑Drill® pressure management technology as mobilization approaches.
